青岛科技大学（QUST）与韩国中央大学（CAU）合作举办的影视与动画专业艺术硕士/硕博连读研究生教育项目是经中国教育部2015年8月批准的中外合作办学项目（教外办学函[2015]57号通知，批准书编号：MOE37KR1A****1716N），是教育部在山东省首个批准的艺术硕士研究生中外合作办学项目，也是青岛科技大学首个硕士研究生中外合作办学项目、首个艺术学科中外合作办学项目。
Qingdao University of science and technology(QUST) and Korea Chung-Ang University(CAU) jointly organized the Master/ MFA-PhD of arts education program for film and animation specialty, which was approved by the Ministry of education of China in August 2015 (jwai ban Xue Han [2015] No. 57, approval No.: moe37kr1a****1716n). It is the first Sino foreign cooperation project for master of arts students approved by the Ministry of education in Shandong Province. It is also the first Sino foreign cooperation project for master of Arts and the first Sino foreign cooperation project in art discipline of Qingdao University of science and technology.
本项目受到合作两校的高度重视，项目学生第一年在青岛科技大学学习，由青岛科技大学传媒学院作为办学主体，设立中韩项目执行委员会负责实施，所开设的专业学科均由韩国中央大学教授授课；第二年到韩国中央大学学习，由该校尖端影像大学院作为办学主体负责实施。项目采取自主招生方式，不需要参加中国教育部组织的研究生考试。由于项目的特殊优越性，现已先后被中国教育报、光明日报、山东教育报以及山东教育咨询——中国教育在线等多家知名媒体报道，受到全国各大媒体以及全国高校的一致好评。
The project is highly valued by the two universities. The students of the project study in Qingdao University of science and technology for the first year. China & Korea Project Executive Committee is set up to be responsible for the implementation, and the professional disciplines are taught by professors of Korea Chung-Ang University. In the second year, the students went to Korea Chung-Ang University, where The Graduate school of Advanced Imaging Science, Multimedia & Film (GSAIM) was responsible for teaching. The project adopts the mode of independent enrollment, and does not need to participate in the postgraduate examination organized by the Ministry of education of China. Due to the special advantages of the project, it has been reported by many well-known media such as China Education Daily, Guangming Daily, Shandong education news and Shandong Education Consulting - China Education online. It has been highly praised by the major media and universities in China.
项目创立伊始就受到了国内一流院校出国学习优质生源的追捧，已成为国内高校国际办学项目中最优质的项目之一，在国内人文、艺术学科已形成了较高的知名度。项目每年招收的研究生都是经过中韩两国专家教授共同材料审查和面试选拔出来的。学生主要来自全国985、211高校和省属重点高校（如中国传媒大学、厦门大学、山东大学、西北大学、中国地质大学、上海大学、武汉理工大学、山东师范大学、中南财经政法大学等）和国内一流的艺术专门高校（如北京电影学院、中央美术学院、中国美术学院和中央戏剧学院等），其中还不乏已有硕士学位的大学在职教师。

The graduate students enrolled in the project every year are selected through the joint material review and interview of experts and professors from China and Korea. 此外，为了充分利用国外大学的优质教育资源，经合作两校协商，除了执行中国教育部批准的艺术硕士研究生项目外，韩国中央大学还为本艺术硕士项目特别开设硕博连读培养项目，即在录取的艺术硕士学生中，由项目学生自愿申请，韩国中央大学教授选拔后可直接进入硕博连读培养项目，被录取者享受和韩国中央大学在校博士一样的培养方式及外国学生奖学金待遇，截止到目前本项目已有三届毕业生，超过80%毕业学生已开始攻读博士学位。其它毕业生回国后，在浙江华数传媒网络有限公司、南京西西里文化传媒有限公司、北京柯林创意广告传媒有限公司等媒体类企业；青岛新闻网、大众网等新闻类企业；湖北商贸学院、芜湖市育红小学等公办学校及高校就职，由于他们专业知识底蕴深厚、精通外语，能够迅速胜任工作，成为单位不可或缺的人才。
